Welcome to 2025, the excitement of past achievements, and

what the future holds for public education and TRS Retirees. I

can only express my excitement of the passage of HR 82 and the

positive effect it will have on so many of our Retirees. It is truly a

"Christmas Miracle" and we appreciate all of you individually for

your efforts in calls and emails, and our TRTA Staff and their

efforts as well. It was truly a national effort that resulted in this
